Technical expert speciality

Technical analysis of blockchain, smart contracts and digital assets with explicit context and limits.

Blockchain is treated as a technical domain applicable to evidence, disputes and decisions. It is not a financial service, investment, trading, asset management or an automatic identification and recovery mechanism.

Do not send a private key, seed phrase, mnemonic phrase, custody credential or sensitive material in the first contact.

When this speciality is relevant

Analysis may be relevant when transactions, smart contracts, tokens or related services form part of a dispute, technical decision or reconstruction of events. Framing starts with the question and the sources effectively available.

What may be analysed on-chain

Blocks, timestamps, transactions, addresses, wallets as technical identifiers, tokens, digital assets and bridges may form part of a timeline. The public record describes events according to the protocol, but does not by itself explain intent, cause or context.

Smart contracts and technical behaviour

Analysis may consider code, bytecode where relevant, parameters, states, calls, events, permissions, observed execution and the relationship between transactions and contract behaviour. These elements do not automatically determine identity, intent, liability or legal validity.

On-chain and off-chain correlation

Exchanges, centralised services, documents, communications and platform records may be off-chain sources. Correlation must identify origin, temporal compatibility, inferences and limitations without converting coincidences into automatic attribution.

Evidence and preservation

Block explorers are tools and consultation sources; they do not replace a preservation methodology. Records, queries, hashes, dates, parameters and context must be documented in a reproducible manner proportionate to the purpose of the analysis.

Limits of attribution and interpretation

A wallet or address does not automatically correspond to civil identity, and apparent control of an address does not automatically prove authorship. Blockchain does not resolve civil ownership by itself. An IP address, phone number, email, device or platform account also requires context, and technical analysis is not a legal conclusion.

How Badenas may provide technical support

Depending on the question and scope, this speciality may form part of an assessment, document analysis, technical opinion, expert assistance, investigation, audit or evidence preservation. Badenas does not request private keys, provide custody, move or manage digital assets, or promise asset recovery.

  • Technical reconstruction of transactions and timelines
  • Analysis of smart-contract behaviour
  • Documented correlation between on-chain and off-chain sources
